Architectural Book Café Luterra is located on the river, RIGHT across the street from Tokaikan, with a lovely view of the lit up structure in the evening.

Luterra offers a crisp and clean fully-white and glass-themed café where you can spend time gazing out on all the sweaty passers-by or with your nose deep in a large coffee-table sized book about buildings you’re dreaming to someday visit.

While you’re there, definitely sample their famously spicy chicken curry which will keep your day hot without having to ever set foot on a burning beach.
